Here are answers to the questions commonly asked by UPS’ customers:

Will I need to close my pool?

A.

No. The work can be carried out overnight, underwater and your pool ready for use the following day

Q.

What about debris in the pool, as a consequence of the work?

A.

There won’t be any. It will have been removed by our Multi-Media Filtration and Vacuuming System.

Q.

Can you fix or grout tiles with the water still in the pool?

A.

Yes. There are special adhesives and grouting mediums available for those purposes and our professional divers are skilled in their use.

Q.

Can you drill underwater?

A.

Yes. We regularly drill underwater, for the installation of fixings such as steps, grills and expansion joints. We also drill underwater to provide core samples for analysis.

Q.

Do the tiles you use comply with British Standards?

A.

Yes. All our tiles comply with the appropriate BS requirements and Slip Resistance Ratings.

Q.

Do you do special tiling features?

A.

Yes. it is one of our specialities. We also offer a full design service.

Q.

We are situated in an out-of-the-way location, can you still service us?

A.

Yes. We have worked all over the UK and occasionally abroad, and still do.
